Whale watching from Reykjavik Harbour
Take part in an adventure at sea with an unforgettable trip into the world of whales and sea birds. Conveniently located in Reykjavik´s old harbour, a 20-minute journey with can bring you up close to whales in their natural habitat.
The various types of whales commonly sighted include Minke Whales, white-beaked dolphins, harbour porpoises, the popular humpback whales and killer whales (orcas). The majestic fin- and Sei Whales are also occasional companions to our boats. We will be accompanied by sea birds such as gannets, puffins, guillemots, cormorants, gulls, kittiwakes, arctic terns, and many more. Our trips take us past several islands inhabited by colonies of puffin – a great photo opportunity!
 
 
We reserve the right to cancel the tour if the weather circumstances are unfavourable. 
Price: 4.100 ISK per person
Season: April 1 – September 31
Guaranteed departures: daily at 09:00AM and 01:00PM. Also at 05:00PM in June-July-August.
Duration: 2,5-3 hours
Pick up or drop off from your accommodation in Reykjavik: 500 ISK per person
